Mitchell Hislop is a technologist with a business degree. He was most recently a Data Engineer at Total Expert, with a particular focus on data engineering and product analytics. He thrives on solving problems at the interface of technology and business, drawing on his decade+ of experience to design novel solutions to emerging issues.

Mitch is a graduate of Hamline University, class of 2011, with a BA in Business, concentration in Marketing, and a minor in political science. He received his Eagle Scout award in 2007.

Previously, he was Vice President, Marketing Technology at Augeo, where he lead high level strategy and implementation for analytics, email marketing, and other avenues of digital engagement on their platforms. He has also created solutions and omnichannel campaigns (both strategic and technical) for Fortune 500 companies, national restaurant chains, and telecommunications providers. Mitch has also developed webapps at scale, taking PHP apps into the tens of millions of monthly pageviews.

In his free time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, camping, and gaming.
